But Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord

It's easy to be a Christian when life is good.
Even when we're faced with trials, we call on the name of the Savior for sanctuary.
But what happens when things just are bad for a long time?
Where is our faith rooted? In sand? where it can be easily lifted and thrown about?
Or is it planted by the water, where it takes root, so when the dry season comes, we can still offer shade to a tired stranger or fruit to a hungry friend?
This season we are in is definitely dry.
But take root in the Lord. Take trust in what He has whispered to you in your prayer time.
It is by our love (our fruit, our faith) that they will know we are Christians.
